Hello. I read this particular story for the first time a couple years ago and know I have refound the story in the past but after extensive searching can't seem to find it no matter how much I search.

Woman lives in a multi-unit building and when she goes to throw out the trash sees a male neighbor working out through his open window. She continues watching him at other times at night, throwing random things away so she has an excuse to go to the trash to watch him. Then one night there is a fire in the building and everyone is evacuated. While outside, he comes over to talk to her and she is in a coat and I think he is just in boxers. They kind of have a moment. Owner of the building says he has rooms at a hotel for everyone and taxis are called to drive the tenants. The MC and the neighbor get in the same taxi. She blows him in the taxi (with the driver watching). They get to the hotel and end up in one of the twos room. He leads her in to the bathroom and has sex with her but makes her watch their reflection in the mirror while having sex. When they finish he asks her if she liked watching in the mirror and when she says yes, he responds he thought she might and when she asks why, he says "because you like to watch", confirming that he knew the whole time that she watched him work out. She is extremely embarassed but he says he enjoyed it sooo much, etc. They have more sex.
Then the morning after things sour because of some misunderstanding on her part. Thankfully their units werent damaged and they are allowed back home the next day. They part ways when they get back with him saying he will contact her later. She because of the misunderstanding doesnt respond when he comes to her door later. Then she ends up going to stay with a friend for a couple days.
MC finally comes back home and I believe ends up looking in his window again but his friend is their instead and sees her. She comes back up to her apartment and is watching porn and trying to get off with a vibrator but isnt feeling it and gets frustrated and throws the toy across the room then falls asleep on the couch. She wakes up to banging on her door, and half asleep opens it to the male neighbor who is angry that she ghosted him, asking if she only wants him to peep on and for the one night. He sees the vibrator and realizes she was watching porn and asks if she got horny from watching his friend and if thats the only thing that works for her.
