Looking for a specific summer job story

A while back, I read a F/M story about two coworkers who have sex after-hours while closing at either a restaurant, a cafe, or another similar type of place. The male is working a summer job before going to college. There was a follow-up story where the two bring in a roommate as well. I've tried to find it but I do not remember the title and no combination of tags has gotten me anywhere in regards to searching.

The only other details I can recall is that in the sequel story or second chapter (I don't recall if it is set up as a series), the roommate ends up joining the two because they become FWB and the roommate ends up overhearing them and is eventually offered to join in. The third chapter has the male coworker and the roommate beginning a romantic relationship, while the male coworker is at college. It was either in First Time or Erotic Couplings. I believe it also was written in the third-person
