It's been quite a while since I read the series, Maybe over a year. I'm pretty sure it had 12 or 13 parts, possibly in bdsm or nonconsent/reluctance.
A woman works at a body shop or mechanic as a receptionist. She needs to take a day off work and asks her "hardass" of a boss who says he'll give it to her in exchange for sex. The sex escalates from there in exchange for a raise. They do it several times at work and a few times at his house. Oh, and he wants her to wear skirts or dresses to work, something that is outlined in their arrangement. He likes the color yellow and it drives him crazy when she wears either yellow panties or a yellow skirt, I don't remember which.
I remember the women's dad is a hoarder, something she has to contend with in the story, and he broke his hip.
If I remember correctly, the boss is older than the woman. They end up falling in love and staying together as a couple.
I think the series had a catchy title.. I just can't seem to find it

I could probably piece it together but the original was so well written. That's why it's stuck with me and I want to read it again!
