Looking for a specific romance story

In the story I read, the protagonist (woman) is engaged to some rich guy. She's in the airport where she talks to the guy next to her (and dislikes him). The flights get grounded due to a storm, and she's forced to get a room next to his in a nearby motel. They accidentally have sex, she starts liking him, but leaves because she's engaged. She later realizes that she doesn't like her fiance, so she goes back for the guy. Any help would be appreciated.

I think her name begins with a 'P', but I'm not sure.
