Looking for a special vibrator

I saw something on one of these threads some time back and now, that I'm ready to try and buy one, I can't find the thing again. It was a take off on Ben Wa balls--a nifty little German device that you inserted and then it had a couple little dongles that hung down that provided some extra external stimulation. People were raving about them and they looked pretty enticing but...I forgot to bookmark the sites and haven't been able to get a hit with Google. Anyone know what I'm refering to?

SmartBalls? They're not a vibe and the only thing hanging out is the cord for removal, but they're ben wa-like, a lot of people like them and they're German. FWIW, these balls by sexpert Sue Johanson are silicone and about half the price of Smartballs.

I can't find anything like what you're describing on Google. Is it possible you're combining two different concepts or the description you read wasn't very clear in the first place?
