The king/sheikh is mixed heritage and falls in love with one of his harem girl. His queen becomes jealous. The harem girl didn't want to have the kings baby bc he already had so many baby from other woman so she would fake illness during her ovulation period so she couldn't get pregnant. The king found out and he gets her pregnant. She tried to kill herself and got chase out of the palace by the queen.
