Looking for a particular story, my white whale

For some time now I've been searching for a story. In this story a man watches his daughter get ravished by an older neighbor man as she is lounging by the pool. This has become something of an obsession for me. I am not constantly looking for it but I find myself searching every few days or so for hours at a time.

The dad does not join in, he just watches the event from, if I remember correctly, his window. After which the daughter comes in and acts like nothing has happened.

Is it possible it was placed in Incest/Taboo due to the father watching? If not, can you remember the category placement? (IE: Erotic Couplings is kind of the "generic go-to" if there's no kink, no fetish, no romance. Could it be in Mature since the neighbor is older? Et cetera.)
