I read this some time ago. It's written from the perspective of the female main character. She has a crush on one of her male coworkers, who is married. Another coworker tries to get her to sleep with him but she rejects him. This guy is a grade A asshole and he is having an affair with the wife of the first guy. The female character finds out about the affair. She then helps the husband to take revenge on his wife and lover.
