I'm looking for a many-chapter story i read on this site quite some time ago. The female protagonist was kidnapped, trained, and sold into sexual slavery by a pair of brothers. She was bought from the brothers by an English guy who falls in love with her, and they develop a consensual BDSM relationship with the help of his old friends who run a private BDSM counseling/ therapy/ training facility. She decides to stay with him after this, but is later kidnapped again by one of the brothers, who had become obsessed with her, and the male protagonist has to hire a private security ex-black-ops team to rescue her.
Other tidbits I remember - she became a yoga teacher between the therapy and being re-kidnapped. When she was rescues she ate hostess snowballs, drank coca cola, and one of the security team called her a badass. She tried to cut her wrists with the jagged edge of a metal bed frame while being abused by the obsessed brother.
I've tried creative searching on Lit and Google, but can't remember the name of the author, story, or main characters, and can't find the story. Any help appreciated.
