Looking for a mother daughter reform school story

Hi I'm looking for a story i read online some time ago and sadly I can't remember where, it starts with a mother & adult daughter on holiday in a small village some where remote (Scotland or Wales I think) the daughter sees a school uniform shop and she ends up getting fitted for the uniform for a local reform school they end up meeting the head teacher in a cafe and get a tour, then near the end the father/husband (who is away working) loses his wallet and cancels his cards but accidentally cancels his wife's cards as well. Then when the mother and daughter check out of the hotel/B&B they were staying at they are unable to pay and end up both been sent to the reform school the daughter in her new uniform, and the mother ends up naked and gets a spanking. Does this sound familiar to anyone, I have been searching fro this story for years.
