The story I'm looking for starts with a mother & adult daughter on holiday in a small village some where remote (Scotland i think) the daughter sees a school uniform shop and she ends up getting fitted for the uniform for a local reform school the meet the head teacher in a cafe and end up having a tour, then near the end the father/husband (who is away working) loses his wallet and cancels his cards but accidentally cancels his wife's as well. Then when the mother and daughter check out of the hotel they were staying at they are unable to pay and end up both been sent to the reform school the daughter in her uniform and the mother naked.
