Looking for a loving wife story

Wife is working as secretary or something and they use her to get clients and pay her money than Husband found about it and they threaten him but he has family in countryside who are powerful and they got divorced and the Husband married the local girl.


One scene is where the Husband got proof is where the wife is seen walking top less in hotel lobby with 2 client at her side. Please help me to find the story.

Sounds like an interesting story. Someone might remember this, but if you want someone to search for it, can you recall any more details? How did the story start? Are there words like maybe 'mafia' or 'escort'? What kind of employer did she have? Was it set in a particular place? Because "countryside" and "local girl" sound non-American; are those words the story would use? Or is that your phrasing. How did the husband 'get proof'? Did we see his wife walking around topless? Or see pictures/video? Or saw the surveillance tape?

This sounds familiar... I vaguely remember this story or something very close to it.

In the one I'm thinking of, the MC wants to move somewhere out in the countryside to be near his family, and his wife wants a big flashy life in the city. When the wife's boss tries to throw his weight around, he finds out that the MC's family run a chain of farm supply stores (or something along those lines) and own or employ half the businesses in the area.
