Looking For A Loving Wife story about four couples who go away for a weekend, LWs decide to swap partners, but MC is not aware of the plan

Hi, I'm looking for a story I read some time ago about a group of friends that is made up of four (I think four is the number but not absolutely sure) couples. The individual couples have disparate interests and hobbies that don't overlap with their partner's interests, but do match up with other members of the group . The ladies come up with the idea to spend the next weekend/holiday away with the member of the opposite sex that matches their interests/hobbies. Unbeknown to the MC (and I think also to the other men) the ladies go further, planning to surprise their allocated partners and go all the way with them for the duration of the holiday, fully expecting that all the men would be on for such a proposal.

However the MC's allotted partner loses her courage and decides not to tell the MC about this aspect of the plan. Then when the couples meet up again after their holiday, the MC's partner is initially keen to learn how her man had enjoyed her temporary substitute, but his answers reveal that he was just as unaware of the arrangements as he had been before they had set off. Having missed her all weekend and not had any relations with his erstwhile companion, the MC was keen to have some reunification sex but the LW is reticent. She initially tries to cover herself up with a long nightie but the MC quickly realises she is hiding somehig and when he examines her body, the truth is revealed with the marks of her activities with her partner.

The MC is furious and not because he missed out on sex with his weekend stand-in, but he would never have gone along with such a plan had he had any knowledge of it. He feels betrayed and leaves the LW, despite her protests.

They are so well written and give a great exploration of the thought processes, emotions and causal factors that come together in such extraordinary situations, all of which makes your plots believable and understandable.
