Looking for a life ~

Least will be soon. hehe.. Anyway, I live in Seattle, bored out of my skull. I do have a boyfriend so not really looking for a relationship. I have been here for 4 -5 years and haven't seen much of the outdoors. I love the outdoors, such as hiking and so on. Or even just hanging out. But all in all I need a life and would like some friends to do things with.

Ahh Everquest.. I never got myself addicted to that. There are soo many MMORPG out there it's insane. If I played any of those I'd probably flunk out of college.

I just stick to console games.

Oddly enough it's the only game I like. Though any more I log on and just sit there staring at the screen, claiming I'm doing something. LOL.. sad really. It's evil, you are right by staying away from it.

I heard marriages were formed through that game. It's funny and unbelievable.. although i have no idea how they worked out.

I'm sure people are saying, "I found my wife in the catacombs of [enter a place here] while fearlessly fighting the [enter monster here] for my life."

Heh, yeah, but for some, that game is their life! no joke! So maybe they'll break off the addiction by finding someone and maybe get addicted to something else together, like sex! lol

Actually I know a lot of couples that met in game that hooked up in RL. In fact one of them are engaged after only a few months. Some work, others don't. And yes, for as strange as it is, you can get the chara's married in game.

It's not my life, but I play it enough to where it might as well be. ugg! But there are those that have like 6 different computers, all different accounts, and play their own groups. That is sad.


As for what I'm looking for on the boards. Just something to take me to a far away place. hehe. Mostly just fun and some kind of social life. If sex happens, then well. It happens. Just no telling that jealous boyfriend. Other than that, mostly just friends for now. Been 4 - 5 years with the same man and no friends, gets kinda boring after awhile.

4-5 years huh? wow, thats a long time. As long as ur happy then keep it up. cuz there's no reason why someone would stay together when they are just sad and not enjoying the relationship.

Friends though, I know how that is. I was in a relationship for a couple of years and slowly lost contact with some friends, so i know it can be tough and sometimes can bring ya down.

If it means anything, I'll be your first friend on here.. unless you already found some. In any case, add one more. And I know I can cheer you up with my sensual words

Aye, 4 -5 years. The relationship in itself is well, not as I would like it to be. It's not bad or anything, just I think I need to do things for myself now. I love him an all, but there's times when I want to do something, he doesn't. I'm stuck.

As for not having friends that long, that's actually a long story. To put it simply I dumped all those who I thought were friends, and had to do some personal searching type stuff. I'm down to one ......well including bf... two best friends. The other is in Az so never see her. /cry

So at the time it was delibrate to not have friends for that long. But now, well, even with the bf, it's a lonely life. hehe..
