I read the story a long time ago where two women met at a office. One was a new hire while the other one has been working there for a while and was older. The older woman wanted to get to know the younger woman better and I think they went hiking together. The older woman saw that the young woman had potential so she asked her partners if there was a position available for her in their departments so that she can make more money. The younger woman didn't like it but she didn't necessarily voice her disapproval because she was shy. Anyway she's transferred, and they don't meet for X amount of time until a major project needs to be done and both of them are assigned to it. They work really really hard and I think they go out for dinner afterwards where the younger woman tells her that she's in love with the older woman. They go on a date and I remember the woman being self conscious because of their age difference. And thats all I remember! Please help! Ive been looking for weeks
