Looking for a hypnosis story

I read a story a while back and cant remember the name. Two guys who were friends in college meet years later. One of them has married the other's college sweetheart. The unmarried one is a hypnotist and hypnotizes the sweetheart into believing she's married to him, not her husband. As I recall the story spanned a period of time, not just a night or weekend.
My memory isn't clear but that's the best I can summarize. Does anyone know the story I'm thinking of?

Is it Rewriting History by Wind7sailor? It has some of the elements you're looking for but not all of them.

Are you aware of any other stories like this? I'd love to read more stories where the wife is hypnotized to believe she is married to (or in a relationship with) someone else.
