Ok, here goes, I'm a single/divorced 45 year old father of 2. I'm looking for a great connection. Specifically women (no offense gents 
). It would be great if it were someone near my area as if a "great connection" happens, it wouldn't be awful to meet eventually, right? Not expecting that to happen though. I just want the excitement of immediately looking at my phone in the morning and seeing fun messages, deep conversations, etc. Staying up late to chat and so on.
So why am I looking here versus online dating? Frankly dating is a shit show in your 40s and we all have lives. For the short amount of time I've been on this site, I've noticed the huge variety of like minded people that are comfortable being sort of penpals. That sounds so lame. I just want to be inspired, maybe? I don't even know if that's the right word. I don't care about pasts or current situations. Feel free to reach out if you are looking for similar.
