Looking for a good editor

I am looking for a good editor to help fix my crappy stories.

Chief requirement is to send back my work in an edited form so I can learn from my mistakes. This blind hunting for an editor Just wastes a lot of time hoping I will hear back from them.

I am taking this route to find a good editor in a more time efficient way.

Going back to last August I have not heard from a single editor I have sent my work to.
