Looking for a few stories - can’t remember their names or authors

Have had several stories that have affected me long after reading them, but I cannot recall their titles - can anyone help?

One several years ago:

• Husband wants to see his wife with a big dick
• They swap
• Then, while he travels, she has suitcases with ?sand
• Later on he sees the other big dick guy in a car while he’s driving
• He attempts to get his attention but the other guy, after recognising him, crashes
• Turns out the guys wife is giving the big dick guy a blow job while driving
• At the funeral, the big dick guy relays the ongoing affair since the swap
• Also she states that the big dick guy wanted his wife to leave him - but she loved him

Another story:

• girl is going to be married
• ?the week before she’s at a bar
• Gets picked up by a good looking guy who relays that he has lost his cheating girlfriend
• She has one last fling - greatest sexual experience of her life
• Then she returns home to find her fuming fiancé
• Turns out he set it up as a test, revealing things about the testers contrived story
• He lets her know the wedding is off
• She thanks him for the best sexual experience of her life
• While driving away she is laughing and crying in equal measure

And a further story:

• this is a longer one - perhaps with a sequel
• An Asperger guy with his more extroverted best friend
• Very good at his job
• New girl - very pretty but unfashionable /not flattering clothes and hair
• The Asperger nerd and her have an instant connection
• Everyone is amazed at their connection
• They have a girl
• Then, at a party, overhears that she had a fling with his best friend: best friend was trying to capture some of the amazing love they held between them for himself - but the love is special because of them both
• The best friend then jokes that the daughter could be his
• The girl admonishes him and relays that the dates don’t match
• The Asperger guy avoids her at the party
• then it comes out and he separates
• ? Unsure if reconciliation
• ?follow up story where the best friend and his conduct comes out - and he dies unmourned

A final story:

• A married couple entertain some trick or treaters with a story
• After the trick or treaters leave, the wife relays her regret to her husband
• Apparently he killed her and her lover- burying them at the back of the garden
• Her spirit is able to ?become corporeal and interact one day a year - ?Halloween
• The lover can too, but refuses, sulking in his grave
• - she expresses her regret and returns to the back of the garden, fading as dawn breaks
• The husband reflects
