Looking for detailed RP/chat partners
Hey everyone, I’ve recently gotten into roleplaying, but the quality of the people in the Lit chatrooms leaves something to be desired. I figured I’d try posting a personal ad here.
First off, a little about me. I’m a 35 MWM. Like too many other people here on Lit, I’m happy in all aspects of my marriage except for the bedroom. As I’ve gotten older, I want to start exploring more and trying new things while my wife is content to just have plain old vanilla sex. I’ve been using the Lit chatrooms to explore my fantasies, but so far, I haven’t found many people who can actually hold a conversation much less progress a story. I’m currently out of work because of COVID, so I spend most of my free time reading (on track for 40 books this year), playing music, learning French, and listening to records. I also spend a couple hours a day riding my bike and doing yoga.
What am I looking for? Well my main criteria for a chat/RP partner is someone who can spell and uses good grammar. Aside from that, I like people who are creative and have a solid imagination. I have a handful of roleplay scenarios I’d like to try, but I enjoy working with other people’s ideas as well. I’m open to play in a real world setting or any number of fantasy and sci-fi settings. My only limits are underage, incest, extreme torture, animals, and shit. Pretty much everything else is fair game. Couldn’t care less about age or gender if you can write.
For live chat/RP, I like to use Skype and would prefer partners that are in the PST, MST, or CST time zones. I’m not interested in doing video or voice; just text. I’ll never pressure you for photos, videos, or personal information. For long-form RP, we can either message on Lit, exchange email address, or even start a thread in the RP forum.
