Looking for a Crazy Loving Wives story with the husband losing his balls

Basically from what i remember, the husband and the wife grew up in a very fucked up familly where both their parents were swinging with each others.

The wife was crazy and had temper issues and beated him when she saw him with his cousin.

Later they had neighbor and they loved pranking each other, the niehgbor husband told the wife that her husband cheated on her and showed her photoshoped pics, and since she was a veterinarian she castrated him.

It ends with a reconciliation.

There was an episode of the 80's version of the "Twilight Zone" where a mousy woman is swept off her feet by a mysterious Frenchman who turned up at the same time as the stray cat she adopted. Turns out the cat was a man cursed by a witch and he can only become human at night. She finds out that suave Frenchman has been bedding her best friend. She drugs him. Cut to him waking up as a cat caged at a veterinarian's office. He overhears the woman telling the vet that she, "Wants to have him fixed!" He hisses -- cut to black.
