Looking for a couple of roommates!!

After living in a big city most of her life, Samantha decides it is time to move to a less populated area. She has taken a few years after high school to travel and has returned home to the same old boring life. Samantha decides that it is time to return to school and picks a unniversity in a small city in the midwest. She moves to the city and finds a very large 4 bedroom house that she falls in love with. She can afford to move in and pay the first and last months rent, but really needs to find a couple of roommates in order to stay there. She places an ad in the local newspaper.

Looking for college students to share rent and utilities. Only serious students need reply.

Michael is 5'10 with long blond hair and hazel eyes. Michael is 22 he is a Bussiness major with a minor in music theory. He just stopped doing construction jobs since he got a regular gig at the local bar playing guitar.

He is trying to decide where his life is going and looking for a place to stay when he sees a nursing student tack up a roomate card. realizing he must look a sight in the faded jeans and a tight tavern t shirt he ponders whether or not to apply but figures he has nothing to lose. He picks up his saddle bags with his books and grabs his guitar case. And walks over to introduce himself.

IC: Looking around the Student Center after posting my ad, I see several students sitting in different groups, and some sitting alone. My eyes are scanning the room when I notice a young man with long blonde hair....he is absolutely gorgeous I think to myself. I study him for what seems like minutes when I notice him gathering his things and walking towards me. I run my fingers through my hair giving it a tousled look....and pull at my dress as it inched up slightly when I posted my ad. He walks up and offers his hand introducing himself to me. I then in turn introduce myself. "Hello Michael, my name is Samantha Pierce......

Walking up the stairs to the house , i realise for the first time i am really here in America, i see Sam at the top of the stairs by the door , she invites me in , and shows me my bedroom , it is lovely , very spacious and airy .....think i am going to like it here , i put my suitcsae on the bed , then i hear her shouting me .....

I walk into the lounge , see a man stood there , ummmm , he is lovely .......he looks at me .....

"Hi i am Sarah , pleased to meet you , are you Michael ?"..... i ask this really good looking fella .....

Last i knew I was introducing myself to one of the Michaels and now all of a sudden I am at home. Sorry, can't be in two places at once. Will wait for Inkubus to make a post, if he does not then we will proceed to the house if all agree.

Samantha is beautiful and her eyes light up when she smiles. I catch my breath for a second and then realize I'm blushing. "If you dont mind male applicants I just moved here and since your place is so close to my work and my classes I'd really like an interview."

Michael reads my ad after introducing himself and says, "If you don't mind
male applicants I just moved here and since your place is so close to my work and my classes, I'd really like an interview." Noticing that he is blushing as he says this intrigues me....I hadn't thought about having a male roomate.....but it could prove to be fun.

Looking right into his eyes, I smile again and say, "I do have an application that you must fill out....you know it's pretty basic....
I have them at the house.....would you like to come and see the house and fill out an application.....and we'll have that interview that you spoke of." I find myself continueing to stare into his eyes, they are the prettiest set of hazel eyes that I have ever seen. My eyes start taking in the rest of him.....stopping at his chest.....then going straight to his crotch.....oh my, I hope that he didn't notice my eyes widen as I thought about what may be hiden underneath those jeans.

He decides to follow me to the house.....where we find that two other people are there as well. I walk up to each of them and introduce myself "Hello my name is Samantha, are you here to inquire about becoming renters?"

Standing outside the house , i look over and see a geogous man stood there , wonder if he is waiting for an interview, sure hope he is , i smile over .......

A woman approaches me with a good looking guy in tow , she comes over and says .......

"Hello , I am Samantha , are you here to enquire about the renters"....

I offer my hand and say "Hello Samanta, my name is Sarah Smith, i am English , over here finishing off my law degree , and yes i would love an interview .....is that possible ?"........

"Very nice to meet you Sarah.....this is Michael....he too is interested in becoming my roomate." After a bit of small talk....I head for the house.....Michael and Sarah following. I unlock the front door and they are greeted by a large living room.....
cathedral ceiling.....a chandilier......and a beautiful hardwood floor.
I walk over to my roll top desk and grab a couple of applications...
pens....and give them to Sarah and Michael.

"Follow me and I"ll show you the kitchen....there is a table there that the two of you can sit at and start the paperwork." I say as I start towards the kitchen. The kitchen is smaller than the living room, but not by much.....lots of cabinets and counter space....and an old oak dining table that has been well taken care of.

"As soon as one of you are finished....I'll give you the grand tour
and we can have the interview as we get to know one another!"
I say as I leave the two of them to their applications.

Michael shakes Mikes hand and smiles and introduces himself to Sarah. Living with two beautiful women would be distracting to say the least. He tries to stay focused as he is led into house. To say this house would be an improvment to the apt he is staying would be an understatement. This place is palacial, its beauty exudes a class and charm that is reflected by its owner. I try not to stare at her. She is a mix of beauty charm and intelligence that is intoxicating, when she catches me looking I realize im blushing. I focus on the questions in the app and I try to be friendly to the other applicants. everybody seems freindly and she did say there were 4 rooms, maybe well find an arrangement that will make us all happy.

To say I was distracted was a complete understatement. Im not the type to get hung up, especially not at first sight. But Samantha is driving me crazy. I try to focus on the application when I suddenly feel a hot breath against the back of my ear. Electricity shoots though my body as her sultry voice melts my resolve. But my hunger ignites to passion as her breast gently rubs against my back. It is like a match to fuel. I can feel myself flush, when I hear Sarah ask about the tour. I regain my composure enought to turn and smile at Samantha. "I'm almost done...I'd love to see ...the rest of the house."

I turn towards him and give him a little wink saying, "Great Michael....I'll start showing Sarah the rest of the house and as soon as you have finished, feel free to come and find me......I mean us." I then turn to Sarah and take her hand and say, "Come on Sarah.....let's get started with that tour!"

A Wolfish grin spreads across my face as I watch them walk away. I race through the application and give a smile to Mike. "Theres quite a chemistry between you and Sarah... and I'd be lieing if I said I wasn't drawn to Samantha." I finish the application and stretch as I look at the beautiful sunset. "shall we give chase or pause a moment to not seem so eager?"

I grinned back at Michael. "Well, it seems like we might have some fun in this place." I said, putting my application down on the table. "I've finished, and I don't know about you but I'm going to go after those two beauties." I said with a chuckle, standing. I began to walk off after the two girls.
