I cant remember if this was a Holiday Contest submission or not? I will try to recall the details.
It starts with a single male who needs to fill in for a friend that does mall photos of Santa (the friend came down with a cold). It turns out that the friend's wife loves dressing up as an elf and volunteers as well. We then find out that Santa, Mrs Claus and their young daughter all dress up and volunteer at the mall.
The family is really into Christmas, they have a lastname like Holly or Kringle or something like that. The daughter is over 18 and as a reward for good grades got her father to agree to plastic surgery to shape her ears into points.
The substitute photographer and the daughter start flirting with each other and then things escalate from there.
