Looking for a Brother/Sister story

All I can remember about this Incest /Taboo story is a sister turns up at her brother's house late one rainy night, with her new baby after splitting with her boyfriend. Her brother asks her to stay with him, there's a hurricane or tornado and the three of them spend a night in he basement storm shelter, the house is damaged and the brother goes out with his chainsaw to help the neighbours cut their house free of a blow-down, and that's all I can remember. It's been driving me crazy for weeks trying to find this story, and my husband is being no help whatsoever, he just says it'll turn up in the 'Random Stories' section one day, be patient...

Please help, does anyone out there recognize this story?
