The series was quite long. At least 5 chapters/parts and more.
Not positive if the other girl was a common cousin or the sister's friend/roommate.
The brother drove a restored/old Porsche Boxster iirc.
The last chapter had the author killing off the sister in a road accident. She was pregnant. The cousin/friend/roommate couldn't cope with it and breaks off with the guy. The readers were furious.
Ultimately the author put out an ultimate last chapter where the guy just dreamt the whole thing up.
