The story I am looking for had a similar premise to 'Use Your Sisters Instead', in which the son isn't allowed to masturbate. I remember three main things about the story.
The first thing I remember about it is that mother had a dress code for herself and her daughter. They both wore skirts without any underwear. I don't know if they had to wear a certain top, but I have a feeling that they didn't wear bras. I believe that the mother mentioned something about her husband wanting her to dress like that, but I'm pretty sure he isn't directly involved in the story (he might have died before it).
The second thing I remember is at the beginning of the story. I believe that the mother caught the son masturbating, but I know for sure that she brought him to his sisters room to use her instead of masturbating. I think that she was on her phone or on her laptop talking to her friend when her mother and brother came in, but I might be imagining that. Another thing I think I recall from this part is that the brother apologised to his sister and she told him to be quick, but I don't know for sure if that happened.
