Looking for 2 similar stories first read about,a year ado

I was hoping someone could help me find the names of the first 2 stories i read on Lit .

They were similar and both involved a wife being told her husband (innocent) was cheating on her so she got revenge by tieing him up and making him watch her (or at least hear) her have sex. I MAY have switched bachelor party and work meeting between the 2 scenarios

The first was when she was told by a guy..maybe martin or name like that, the husband had sex while at a work conference or meeting. She did the guy and was saying how much better he was (but not really).

I think the husband struggled so much that he passed out and almost lost his leg from less circulation

The second involved 4 or 5 of his workmates /friends who said the husb had sex with a stripper at bachelor party when in reality, only the husband and groom did not. The wife either had sex or gave blowjobs to the other guys. When she found out they were lying, she and the husband got revenge by her giving handjobs to them with a super icy-hot kinda stuff for animals. It ended, i think, with herveven going to hospital for the pain on her palm.

First one sounds like it may be 'Dig Two Graves' by Winterfoxx, but that involved doctored or faked photographs, so maybe not, but the husband tied-up and forced to watch, injuries to the husband, that kind of matches.
