Lookin for a story

I read this story about a month ago and have been waiting all month for the new chapter. Its updated around every October, seeing that the setting is around halloween. Its a vampire story with a girl that gets a visitor in her dreams once a year. He has been watching her ever since she was 16 (she didnt know) her friends would always play "mirror, mirror" she would look into it and never see anything, but he was always there (cant see his reflection). The last thing i remember is that they had to swap blood one more time and her transformation to be his mate will be complete. If anyone can find this i would be very grateful. Im hooked on this story. Thanks
