Long shot, because I think it's been close to 10 years since I've seen that story on this site.
the story's got a lot of chapters, and its basically about a
1. Lottery winner in the UK, divorced his wife after the win found a new girl who's connected with the underworld.
2. turned into a real estate tycoon, live in a hotel or something after the win.
3. run foul of some local underworld/politicians
4. Distinctively remember there were chapters where location was in France (I think it was property of his new in laws), including some events in Cap d'Agde
5. he's got a harem of slave, and a hot girl as a bodyguard
That's all I remember.
