Ring your solstice bells, the days begin to get longer again at last. Who has more interesting plans that I do for taking advantage of such a night?

I was beginning to wonder if everybody had as little planned as I did

...but leave it to Cassidy.

If you can't find anybody to take advantage of ya later, I've always had a thing for juicylips. ;)

I am going to take that as a compliment....I think:)

Just remember, I am easier to take advantage of if you have chocolate;)

The Sun has crossed the Tropic of Cancer, marking the Solstice and the birth of the Sun King! May his reign be fruitful for you all!

My Dad chose this night

as his wedding anniversary simply because it is the longest night of the year. :)

Today they celebrate 39 years of marriage. My Mom deserves a gold medal or a million bucks or a rare gemstone or a week at an expensive spa.....

very accomodating, Cath

Now, can I ask a favor? Can you point me to where it says what it is my plans are? I don't recall being busy, that was the reason I started the thread - I am seeking inspiration (well, ok, technically I am seeking a date, but that's a pretty fine distinction at this point.)

I am glad it is finally here.

Now I can start telling myself, relax, the days are getting longer, the earth is getting warmer, soon we can begin to plant...

(well except for the winter wheat, it's planted, but it's too dry!)
