Long term poly D/s/s relationships

My wife/submissive and I are very interested in finding the right partner for a long term live in relationship with a female sub/switch. she has been very bi all her life and just aches for a sister/lover/best friend. I love to spoil her and she has everything in this world I could give her. This she can only get from someone else. Any advice from those in a poly relationship or interested in polyamory in a BDSM context is greatly appreciated.
