long stories

i have an idea for a story thats been in my head since, i think mayeb the eighth grade, and since ive grown up and realized its not such a bad idea, the only problem is that its going to be an extremely long story and im curious as to how many people like reading long stories, perhaps several long parts, or many chapters.... its more of a book that involves so much sex no one would want to publish it. but i feel that here on lit, it would have a nice howm as long as people would read it.... but in case you havent noticed i mean looooooong....... so please speak up, would you or have you read a long story? why?

Really? What do you call long? A story is only long if it is boring. Then it is long because you beg for an ending. I have a few lengthy stories I was afraid to post due to length. Huh now isn't that funny all the feed back begs for more.

If it is entertaining length is not an issue, you must make it intresting all the way through though. It becomes a back clicker as soon as the story gets long.

Yea, ask over on the AH. Many authors over there with long stories and many with lengthy reads.
