Lonely In the Midwest

Well lets start with me; I live in central oklahoma, I’m male, 19, white, about 5'8"-5'9" and about 140 pounds. I’m slimly built but I generally try and stay fit so it’s an athletic build. I just quit a 6 month stent of Krav Maga (Israeli Martial art) and I’m currently learning (or attempting to) Tai Chi. I’ve recently started to get into martial arts as well as back into reading and I’m trying to get my self to read a lot and just learn everything I can. I’ve always loved movie and films ranging from the classics to modern indie films and so on.

I’ve just recently left a relationship that well has left me quite heartbroken and right now I just feel lonely as all hell. Right now I just want a woman to have a fling with or just to talk to in person, or over the internet. I’ve had some issues meeting women lately because I took this year off from school and had no mediums to met them through so that just compounds it all. Anyways, if your interested in a conversation or more leave a message here or email me at helsbrov@yahoo.com.

And fo course here's a pic of me:

Hey

Hey,
Good luck with your search, you sound like a nice guy and I'm sure you'll find someone soon.
I suggest making yourself incredibly busy doing the things that you enjoy, or have always wondered about trying - this will serve the double purpose of keeping your mind off your solitude and meeting new people. Note that reading, while valuable and important, serves neither of these functions. Book clubs are cool though, especiallywhen followed by coffee with the cutie in the glasses.
Also, as a former Shotokan/wu t'ai chi/ pa gua enthusiast, let me also point out that the martial arts, while terrific at building the mental fortitude to deal with adversity, are cock clubs (>85% guys, usually). Let me suggest yoga, full of leotarded 20something girls, and it will get you flexible for the martial arts. There are other interesting martial arts that lie somewhere between the extremes of KM (completely external, zero philosophy) and t'ai chi (90% internal, very soft).
I realise that all of this is very presumptuous, seeing as I don't know you from Adam, but your letter resonated with me and reminded me of feelings that I have had in the past. Please accept this as a suggestion for a well-intended busy body.
Good luck again.
Martin
