Feeling lonely really sucks. I know how you feel. It’s good to have someone to connect with and talk to during those times. It sure helps knowing there is someone who cares.

I'm seriously not trying to be cruel here - but this sounds like most of the situations that I see many Lit people have with their spouses.

I understand loneliness, and the desire to connect with another person. And do truly wish you well in this endeavor!

However once a thread is on lit it will stay around. Threads that got started years ago and were thought to have disappeared into the memory hole get time to time resurrected.

Look at the bright side. On some moment a year or more from now you may get a fresh PM from a new person. Something to look forward to.
