Trump-supporting pillow tycoon Mike Lindell has until Friday to hand over documents in a $5 million lawsuit or he will be forced to appear in federal court.

"Failing which, the Court will order Respondent to appear at a hearing with its counsel and a managing officer of the company to explain its continued noncompliance with its discovery obligations," Foster wrote.

"Respondent has not responded to Petitioner's Motion to Compel within the deadline to respond and has neither sought an extension nor otherwise communicated with the Court regarding the Motion," Foster added.

A big part of these silly waiting games falls on the courts themselves.

Jail these turds on contempt charges and those papers will appear right quick like.

Attach the funds so they cannot be spent any other way until the judgements are satisfied.

Now, Extend, Inc., a California firm that allows merchants to provide customers with product protection plans, is accusing Lindell, who last year claimed to have been stripped of everything but his house and pickup truck, of promising, then failing, to pay $564,151.39 in outstanding invoices.

“In May 2024, after My Pillow failed to make any of the payments… outside counsel for Extend sent a letter to My Pillow to demand payment,” states a federal lawsuit filed August 30. “After repeated further inquiries, Mike Lindell, Chief Executive Officer of My Pillow, emailed on June 23, 2024 that he ‘[w]ill connect this week.’ But Mr. Lindell did not connect, and never did.”

MyPillow has since “ignored repeated inquiries and demand for payment,” and “has not paid any of the amounts due,” the suit alleges.

lindell, following the trump playbook? “I don’t know if we had a conflict with them or whatever. I have no idea right now, I’ve got bigger things going on. I have no idea.”
