logging in to lit chat

hi, I havent been able to log in to chat since last evening. When I go to chat, it just brings me to my login page with my user name and passoword. Both are correct. When I choose password help, I am taken to a that says "control panel is loading" but it just flashes and doesnt take me anywhere. Ive had an account for several years and have not had a problem or something. What can I do to get help

I have no record of you banned and I am not sure what is happening with the page. I would suggest clearing your cache and cookies make sure the browser is up to date as well as maybe try another browser (if you have one) to see if it is a browser issue.

thank you. Ive read about others askng the same question and being banned. I knew Id done nothing deserving of a ban,and had no incident with anyone, but was worried there had been a mistake, so thats good news. I cleared my history and also tried safari (Im typically in Chrome), but still can't get in;I'm puzzled. Thank you again for getting back to me so quickly.

btw, I just got in, but didnt do anything. Just logged in the way I always did and it worked. thank you again.

well I am going to be honest...I am not sure what happened there? If you are banned it would simply go to the page look like its logging you in and then kick you back to the main log in screen...so I am going to assume that lit had a brain fart and didn't know who you were for a little while? Sorry about the headache though.
