As we are all locked in, I would like some advice on getting fit.
I have no equipment and limited space.
All advice welcome, thanks.

Burpees, side straddle hop, flutter kicks, hello dollies, iron mikes, mountain climbers, dips, all the push-ups. If you have the space/time/ability.... do some sprints (psycho early or hoot owl late are your best bet), do Do whatever sets/routines of these as many and as fast as you can (without sacrificing form) until you're not sure if you're going to barf or shit yourself, every day and you'll be crushing it. You get out of it what you put into it, the harder you go the harder you get.

The one piece of equipment I would get would be a bar for pull ups, chin ups and knee ups. But you don't have to have it.

These are all basic body weight/movement exercises that are 100% functional with a low injury risk, will get you in good shape and build a good fitness foundation to go any direction you want.

More advanced stuff, getting into whatever fitness activities, even for calisthenics I'd seek a reputable coach/trainer in your local area to reduce risk of injury.
