We have seen all the threads and polls, "whos your celebrity crush?" "Top hottest actors/actresses" etc. So I figured why not hit closer to home,

Who is your hottest local to you celebrities? It could be anyone not known nation or world wide, think local news reporter, local politician, minor league athlete, I'm sure you get the idea.

Mine is Kelly Love, she was a meteorologist here in Rhode Island before going back to her home state, what I wouldn't pay to see her in heels and a black catsuit, IMO a great voice, very attractive with a great body.

This isn't an exact fit to your premise, but close. Way back in my college years in Massachusetts a band toured my area playing in small clubs. I showed up at a club they were playing in with my roomate who had a Wisconsin Badgers shirt on. It turned out the band was from Wisconsin and during a break the lead singer, an adorable petite brunette who went by the name "Keedy" came over to talk to us. We were both instantly smitten. I followed the band around to a few other towns, talking to her as often as I could. Several years later, she actually had a top 20 hit, then faded out again. So, I would say she was a borderline celebrity. Man, did I pine for her for a few months.
