Alright, sauce night tonight, let's see here...

Be sure you have the right attire, it could get messy.

Desert first, so there is room for it. How about some Plantanos en Mole, for starters? (Fried Plantains covered in chocolate sauce)

OK then after the first desert, let's try this for an appetizer - Corriander Lime Shrimp, (even though I can't eat shrimp I will because I still love it), with Orange Marmalade dipping sauce.

Let's see what else we can come up with for the main course now - This is where we get totally comfort food, ok? I'm thinking of a nice big chuck roast, with natural juices gravy, OH so tender, it melts in your mouth. Yukon gold mashed potatos wtih butter only, no gravy or sauce for the potatos, but for the meat yes. How about mixed steamed buttered veggies on the side, with cheesesauce.

You bring the salad and Wine, and I'll have it ready when you get here.

P.S. - Me and a "sauce" can be tommorrow mornings breakfast!

8 central PCG! Come on over, I figure you can be here in 3½hours, more or less, that's enough time before the others get here, don't you think?
