Living with my aunt (pm me if you want to join)
Jon is a normal 18 year old. Just finished highs school. He is excited about getting into his dream college New York City. He had worded after school busing tables and was in sports. He stands 5'10 and 180 pounds. With brown hair to his shoulders and blue eyes.
This morning he was excited out of his mind. Last day of high school. Last day of work and sports. He came in the back door into the kitchen and he found his mom on the phone sitting on her padded swivel stool off the island. He could see the towel over her shoulder so she must of been doing dishes. He slipped into the kitchen with out her seeing as he didn't want to risk being roped into doing dishes. He just got done doing them for the past 4 hours. He was digging in the frig when the conversation caught his ear. His mom saying "oh wow, your job is taking you to New York City too. Wow Tell me about it sis." Then his mom went quite as she must be listening. Jon was just about to walk out of the kitchen when he heard "Jon didn't get his dorm posting yet. Why don't he live with you." At this time Jon skidded to a halt and turned to face his mom. He was now facing her and half way in view. The look of shock and disappointment was on his face as he was standing there shaking his head no. He so wanted to get dorm life. Ok so he wasn't really into party's but he wanted that care free freedom feeling. Now his mom is making plans for him to live with his aunt. He thinks back to the last time he seen them. It was like 4 years ago at a big family get together. Sadly his moms sisters all had girls with in few years of each other, so he was the only male kid. The girls where all looking at magazines and doing there nails while gossiping in the back yard. The adults where all sitting around the living room talking. So he spent the afternoon in the hammock watching the clouds go by. That was the last time he went to see his aunts. His mom all but ignoring him. She was talking to a sister saying how it was such a good idea, it can save both them cash in the long run. Jon was shocked as it sounds like his mom had talked her sister into Jon living with her. He walked out of the kitchen and started to pack some of his stuff away for college. This morning he was looking foreword to it, now he didn't know what he felt. He never really knew his aunts. He never went over there as it was so dull there for him. He often stayed at home reading or something when his folks would go to visit.
Jon was packing wondering what aunt would be living with him for the next few years. He only could hope it was one with one of the older girls where she wont be joining them. After all he wanted freedom not to feel like a third wheel.
