Yes; title is awful, I acknowledge.

Not so far wrong tho. Currently, there's a lttle ribbed rod inserted about 4-5" up my urethra (dick); a few minutes ago I was driving arond the neighborhood just to experience the sensations of bouncing around with it (rod) in place.

Consider a strong, steady vibration

I get a great thrill when sounding by using an electric toothbrush on the exposed end of the sound. Volume and viscosity. The volume of fluid is significantly more when urine starts to flow as compared to semen only. And the viscosity changes significantly as urine is much more viscous than semen. Put the two together and you have a significant amount of fluid to deal with. If you don't plan for this volume you can make a mess in a hurry.
