This sounds like it could run afoul of the 18 year old rule. It would have to be pointed out that the guy is over 18.

Actually, a story very similar to this was recently posted ("Soccer Moms Really Do Care"). A college student, early 20s I think, is coaching a youth soccer team rather than little league. The rest pretty much follows your idea.
