Well, the original thing about the Greek play retitling was just a humorous thought I wanted to share. Rather timely, even Time Magazine had an article on the movie/TV show. The survey was added as an after thought. Some times things that seem to be connected are only by proxcimity and not by design. If you wish for my art you may read my stories. There design and incest are blended to make folks cum for free!

But still, see what wonderful resources it drew out,
even dumb or stupid as it was.

Of course a dumb-ass would be silent, and since my farts are loud the name still is less than accurate. Spending half my life sitting in a chair while working and playing on computers has given me a numb-ass.

I liked your poetry, but you don't care about my opinion at all. And why should you? Or why should I care about yours, for that matter? So to annoy you further, I offer this little poem of mine. Of course you are not obligated to read it.

EVER RIDDEN A KANGAROO?

Have you ever ridden a kangaroo?
The rides a bit bouncy, O so true!
You may get the hang of how it jumps,
Tho’ harder adjusting to the jarring thumps;
For as the kangaroo leaps and lands,
The rider suddenly understands,
As his mount prepares to spring from a crouch.
Why the babies choose their moma’s pouch.
And so too in life, where we take a seat,
May make our travels an ordeal or treat,
And sometimes just by taking things in stride,
Helps to cushion a bumpy ride!

I'm a classics student, so I have a great respect for the ancient poets and playwrites.

I don't know oediplex from adam, but it's apparent he has more intelligence than the rest of this thread combined.

When I don't get a joke, I keep my mouth shut. Some people haven't yet learned to do that.

Also, most of the poetry at Lit is pretty poor. The poem posted by oediplex is one of the best I've read here.
