I'm not sure about the first part of your message, but it's quite possible. I do know that temperature affects the size of a flacid penis, and what you look like errect could be totally different.

I agree with you on the measurement thing. All measurements are taken when fully errect. Probably because a flacid penis' size can vary so much.

I know there are some that don't even get larger when errect...just harder. So, judging someone's size that way is misleading, at best. Everybody is very different.
