I always had this history idea in mind but I'm a not a good writter to actually "write" something nice to Literotica, but wanted to share with you guys.

A family that when you complete 18 years, you can choose to enter to their "Secret Club" without knowing what is it. Every friday night they meet up in the basement to something.

The younger boy at his 18th anniversary chooses to enter, only to discover that it was a BSDM club, and the newest member is always forced to be the submissive one.

The older members are his mom, sister, aunt, cousin, and there it goes.

Do you envisage *real* BDSM, where the sub voluntarily gives their trust and love to their dom(s), or a cartoon BDSM, more NonCon, where the 'sub' is forced into unwilling acts? If the former, then the novice must have been programmed and prepared for the lifestyle, shown limitless trust and (non-sexual) love by those who will be his doms when he comes of age. If the latter, then just go with the cliches.

You gotta make it so the boy doesn't expect what he is going into. But later learns to love being his families sex sub.

And the former treads into an uncomfortable area - but would be critical for the story. The idea of grooming - here it would not be quite as overt but still ends up being there. Kind of creepy.

While sisters the mom and the aunt experimented with D/s and found they enjoyed it. They made a pact - they would wait until their children were adults, then give them the opportunity to join in the fun.

Naturally the soon to be 18 year old lad knows something is up - and he's missing out - so of course he's counting the days, then hours - finally minutes until he's old enough to get his 'invitation'. It's strange his sister and his cousin never say anything about what goes on - he's never teased about it, they never lord it over him the way kids do with younger siblings. It's just always handled as "well, you'll see when you get your chance." And that's that.

I'd also think it would be hard for the husbands not to be aware - that would need to be handled in the story to help make it believable.

Possibilities (not all equally viable):

* The womenfolk are black widows; no husbands survive to mess with the fun.
* The husbands *are* aware and have their own formal club, or share the gals.
* The gals hypnotize-drug-MC their husbands not to notice. But one does...
* The club only meets in the home of a family member whose hubby is away.
* Ignore the fuckers. No hand-waving needed; just don't mention husbands.

Expansion: There's a powerful network of self-serving family BDSM clubs. As the initiate ages, they graduate from level to level, always aided by (and aiding) others in the network. The secret cabal rules the world, yada yada.
