Here goes my story on Medium - Dark Allure Blond Yearning an ongoing series that Literotica without explanation refuses to post.
I had several volunteer editors for Literotica review it and none of them can see any issue. Some of them first raised
the racism issue.

My story is interracial but unlike with so much of interracial erotica esp porn stuff is not degrading to the female white characters.
This is about an interracial romance that goes well for the lead character. Literotica appear to not like that.

I suggest you remove that link that goes to stories not published here.

As for the racism angle, I doubt there's any truth to that.

Has it been rejected? Story rejections usually have a reason for he kick back, vague at times, but there's always something. What does yours say?

Or is it just stuck in pending, that's an ongoing issue these days and has nothing to do with the story in anyway.

As an aside your idea of writing an actual romance between two people portrayed as humans and not a black guy acting like a thug and a white woman being degraded and treated like a cockwhore isn't what that category usually features. But that's the authors and readership promoting that, which is actual racism, they just don't want to see it that way. But it has nothing to do with the site's screening process.

I imagine there has to be something else going on.

But if you wanted to test your theory, try submitting again but in romance not IR

I have tried for months. They will eventually send a rejection after a few weeks or months.

I have been over backwards with them. And if you look at my stories - I am sure you will see like the others - there is no reason. I was hardly the first person to think it might racism. That idea came from volunteer editors here.

That's not the point. Those 18 thousand are one story after another in which the white woman is degraded by sex with a black man. My story has a positive relationship.
I agree with you, I would never submit anything there its every awful stereotype out there.

But I'm trying to understand what you're saying. Have you gotten a rejection notice? You're saying weeks so is the story just stuck in pending? If its in pending it has not been rejected, its a victim of an ongoing glitch.

Try deleting it and re-submitting.

As for Volunteer editors telling you its racism, how reputable are they? Trust me, some of them leave a lot to be desired.

It counters your accusation of racism.

I think the OP's claim is that Lit only publishes interracial stories that are steeped in racist tropes and is therefore racist.

I have not put any stories in the Interracial category, but I have posted a number of stories that include non-stereotyped racially mixed partners, and I have not found that to be the case.

What does the rejection notice say for their reason?

Others are having similar issues with delays in publishing. And once any story has been rejected for AI or any other reason, it takes even longer to get through the approval queue. I think the LitE reviewer process puts all re-submission at the bottom of their priority for ANOTHER review for already having wasted time on it.

EDIT: Some of my Lifestyle stories entail Black characters planning sex with White females in swinger situations in a positive light, and they've been accepting those stories for years!

Were on the same page on this.

There are interracial scenes where its simply two people of different ethnicity hooking up. Yes, its declared in the story but in the portrayal of the sex its not really called into play. These are the type I write.

Then there are the ones the OP is calling out where every black man is some kind of semi human thug who treats the white woman like shit, she's always trashy and why is she trashy? Because she's with a black man. That BNWO material is the worst by far in how its so over the top. The IR dynamic is fetishized and drives the kink but as much as in behavior and ignorant tropes as the physical act.

In the end, people have their kinks and how I feel is you do you. But its appalling that they don't see it as racism in its purest form and directed against both the man and woman, sexism is off the charts as well. They can't own what really gets them going.

Its like the non human category. You like it, fine. But stop with the its not bestiality because its a 'were dog" if its furry and its fucking and you're stroking? You have a beastie kink. In fantasy there's nothing wrong with that but FFS grow up and own it.

Mind control is rape, people like it, again, go for it, but stop pretending its not what it really is to make you feel better about yourself.

I like incest stories. Why? I like the fantasy of family members having sex. I know the reality of it is not what you want to see in real life, but in fiction? Its hot. I admit my kink.

Kink accountability is sorely lacking here.

Excerpt from my story "Lifestyle Ch. 12 - The Bar Group" published three years ago:

********************
Awkward Encounter

When I returned from the bar with our drinks, I saw Jan talking to a black couple. The guy was about my height at six-foot three, but probably at least thirty pounds heavier and more muscular. The woman was a little shorter than Jan, and as well endowed, wearing a low-cut top and a nice summer dress. They looked familiar, but I couldn't remember where I had seen them.

I handed Jan her glass of wine.

"Look who I ran into," Jan began. "Do you remember Celia and Carl from my company's Christmas party two years ago?"

"I thought you looked familiar," I said. "But we haven't been to many of these meetups, and I couldn't place you, being out of context like this."

"It was funny running into Jan," Celia said. "The look on her face was priceless!"

"The last thing I want" Jan said "is people at work knowing of my activities in this group. You know my boss is very uptight and conservative."

"I know, mine too," Celia said.

"I came out of the bathroom, and there she was waiting to go in," Jan said as she turned to me. "Celia and I worked closely together on a project for over a year! When I saw her here, I panicked and was trying to think of a reason for being here. 'What do I say? How do I explain being here? Oh, yeah, I was just using a bathroom in this private party room, because ... Wait ...' Then it hit me! 'The only people in this room are the swingers!'

"When I saw the light go on as it hit her," Celia said "I nodded saying, 'That's right. Me, too.' Carl and I have been in this lifestyle for a few years."

"Jan and I have only been doing this for about one year," I said "and no one at my work knows about this. How about you, Carl? Does anyone you work with know you're here?"

"I've talked to a few of the guys at the office, and they know we play. Celia and I have even shared some fun time with one of my co-workers and his wife."

"We'll have to get together sometime, just the four of us," I said.

"Unfortunately," Celia said, "the company's relocating me for a special project, Jan. Carl can work remote for his job, so he's coming with me. And we leave tomorrow."

Carl said, "We came here today to touch base with some old friends before heading out. It's a busy time for us, at least until we get back in a few months."

"Well, Celia," I said "send Jan your profile name, and keep in touch. Let us know when you get back and things settle down again. You can come over to dinner to catch up."

"I remember Celia telling me two years ago of a few things about you, Carl," Jan said teasingly, as she slid a finger down the front of his shirt. "Now that I know you might be available, I'll have to find out for myself."

"I'll try not to disappoint," he replied.

"But it's time for us to leave," Celia said. "I was heading to the bathroom before the drive home. And we need to pack."
********************

I don't think LitE is racist. Like I said, the story may have been caught in the delay issue others felt, and if the story was rejected for something else, it's just taking even longer.

EDIT: I just never got around to writing the later chapter when Jan gets with Carl after he and his wife move back.

I can see that argument.

Good to hear.

The OP STILL hasn't told us the details of the rejection, which makes it impossible for anybody here to render useful advice or to help evaluate the situation. Rejection notices always come with some kind of explanation, even if it's brief and unhelpful. It usually is brief and categorical in nature. @princeShaka , what did the rejection notice say? Be specific. Quote it.

I'm thinking its not a rejection but stuck. But like you said, they haven't really answered that question.

I'm thinking the likely explanation isn't racism but the same "whatever" that's plaguing everybody else who's experiencing delays.
Yeah, I don't think racism is factor. OP is looking at how different their story is from a lot of the content there and making an assumption. I don't know why any VE would come up with that answer, but who knows?

There are plenty of stories here with characters of all different races having sex. If you aren't leaning into the interracial trope, then your story doesn't belong there.
Romance and EC have plenty of stories where the MCs are of different races and no one seems to care.
It's the same dynamic as LW. I've got stories in both Romance and EC where the FMC just happens to be married to someone other than the MMC and people don't react the way they do in LW.

The problem I've noticed when reading stories and from my own experience in writing stories which includes race is in trying make the story non-racist!

If you read my excerpt above, the fact the other guy, Carl is Black is only mentioned once at the beginning. And in another story, "The Maneater", it's mentioned early in the story the Club manager is Black, and at the end of the story the wife's husband mention that he's discovered the manger is a swinger, therefore they're going to invite him and his wife to get together. And it's obvious that the wife plans to fuck him.

One story I read in LW had the word Black five times in one paragraph and the word White three times. Then author repeated it several times in almost every paragraph. If every paragraph in the story is focused on "Black-White", saying it over and over, then IMO the story is itself racist.

Describe the people early on, then just let the sex happen.

The only things I’ve ever posted on the category are 750 word stories which abjure the frankly racist tropes present in many IR stories here. They went though fine.

What did the rejection notes say?

My most recent story has sex between a black college guy and a white college girl. With zero tropes. No problems posting.

Now I'm tempted to mimic what this author did, and submit it in IR, except the story would be about chess.

I don't think it is that hard if you follow your own advice:
Describe the people early on, then just let the sex happen.

My two MCs have often had sex with people from other races; I mention their ethnicity and move on.

I've never posted in IR either. In my most recent story, two major supporting characters are a Black man and a Korean woman who are in a deeply-loving and extremely kinky relationship. My White main character also has sex with both.

No complaints from Lit or anyone else about that aspect.

That's what I thought when I read that story with the Black-White words thrown in everywhere so often.

Let's see how people receive a story including the words "big-tit Blonde" in every sentence, over and over.

*********************
I walked into the party, and the big-tit Blonde came over to me.

"Hi," the big-tit Blonde said as she introduced herself. "I'm Wendy, a big-tit Blonde. I have big tits, and I'm Blonde."

"Can I get you a drink?" I asked the big-tit Blonde.
*********************

"That's MISOGYNISTIC, focusing on just her tits all the time!!!"

"It's not misogynistic! How else am I supposed to look at a big-tit Blonde?"
