Literotica Chain Story #2 !!!

All right! Lots of possibilities here. I'm in--I'll even start if you can decide on a name. I suggested Lady Elle and Litticia Eros on a different thread--but the options are still wide open---

Now if I can just figure out how she got on her tippy-toes like that without falling over.

The Literotica woman. A chain story about her. Count me in. I like a good challenge. However, I’ll be vacationing in the grand state of Arizona for the first two weeks in June.

So, who is this chatacter? Can’t pick a name without something aside from a picture to go on. She greets all those who enter the Literotica site. She’s a temptress; dark, seductive, sultry.

I have three suggestions.

1. Psyche -- In Greek mythology, she was loved by Cupid. In post-Freudian times the psyche is a persons innermost mind, or soul.

2. Nyx -- Greek. Means ‘night’.

3. Delilah -- Hebrew. Means lovelorn, seductive. In the old testiment, mistress of Samson. The old ‘cutting off the hair’ story. Diminuatives -- Lila or Lilah.

Just a question, Laurel... How are you going to pick the name? My suggestion is a vote from each of the authors, with you picking if there’s a tie.

Other cultures had very similar goddess:

Ishtar - the ancient Sumero-Babylonian Goddess of love and fertility

And even better - because I LOVE the name...

Ashtart! - a Syro-Palestinian Goddess.

Inanna - Ancient Sumeria (read Gilgamesh)

Isis - Egypt

And, of course:

Nuit - The Star Goddess - Egyptian Goddess of the heavens. The personification of the universe. Mother of all Gods and Goddesses. Nuit was sometimes depicted as swallowing the Sun God Ra each night *weg* (and giving birth to him a new each morning)

If you're after Goddess names, how about Venus, it's still in current use as a name too.

Goddesses are nice, but...

If we chooose a goddess' name, won't that tend to warp the direction the story takes?

A more down-to-earth name allows a freer reign for the author's imaginations. "Molly Thames" can be anyone or anything and change as the author does. Venus, Ishtar, or Astarte have images to live up to.

Ohhhhhh. I like it. Molly Thames by day, tireless social worker, caring and coddling the city's downtrodden and poor. Ashtarte by night, flaming in her vampish duds, trodding hearts and other body parts under her 8" spiked heels.

Leaves room for the multiples like tessa, pain slut extraordinaire, seeker of bruising intensity, or Mickey who is trapped in a women's body and only comes out to play when conditions are right.

This could be fun.
