Literotica Around The States

You know, I have been fooling around with an idea for some time now. And even though I dont know if it will ever take place, or even if it's a good idea. I thought I'd bring it to the board.

I have been thinking about making a Literotica Around The States, kinda thing. By that I mean. A couple of members, Makes a road trip. Through every state, who has a Literotica member. Not neccersarily meeting that board member. But reporting from that place, trying out stuff there. And if meeting anyone from this site, write about that as well.

Take pics (not of people they'd meet without their consent) and post them. Making it kinda a Literotica Travel Book. Which in my humble opinion would be far more interesting than, any other Travel story.

A car, a bag of clothes, a laptop, and a digital camera. And then set up a route, based on the people who'd like to meet the Travellers. And take all the states with people who dont wanna meet, in between.

All posted here, even with a little map saying, hey they are here now.

What do you guys think??

For the record it would have been fun to do a Literotica Around the World. But somehow I think it would be a tat too much.

Well Muffin. I was thinking in the lines of, reporting from the trenches of literotica members minds. Kinda gibe the whole travel reporting a insight of the world of the Naturally Perverted.

And yes April, I'd love you to participate, but I dont think I can pull it off before June though.

interesting idea

Literotica overall is relatively new to me, but your idea is inventive and interesting. I would love to do something like that too particularly considering I have a zest for travel, but won't it be quite a task. Seems in some ways kind of an overwhelming project to organize and plan, but then again maybe not if you go with the flow. I want to be aware if the idea materialized further.

Sure, sounds like a great idea as long as it is you and not me doing it! You have to be carefree and unemployed (not that those two actually go together....) I think to pull such a trip off. For those of us with limited vacation time, the time requirement would make it impossible to do.

In the summers of '69,70,&71, I hitchhiked all over the country, and made a few stops in Canada. I carried an address book that had friends that I had met in one way or another (school, summer camps, realitives, etc.)and visited them when I found myself close. Carrying a 50 lb backpack, I saw a huge portion of this country, and love to be able to do it again, but as Chey said, now I have adult obligations.

I hope that you do it though, and of course now you would have to have a car, hitch hiking would get you killed(but walking lets you KNOW how big this country is). Another sign of a sick society.

I think the idea is very interesting. I'd take you around the clubs here in TN and you can post my pic drinking a martini at the Jazz Club. hehe

I would love to go too but like Cheyenne said, I have limited vacation time and already have plans made. :-(

That's a good idea, Xander.

I'm sort of a hermit, but you can visit. I have a great front porch, with a very shady camphor tree, and the garden is designed for scent.

I'm assuming this will take place in warmer weather. Everything is dripping wet right now.

You know guys. I think this would, overall, be a fun thing to do. NOw the big question is. If I can manage to pull something like this off. Will Laurel and Manu be willing to set it up so it can be done??

And I know that most of you, if not all. Have obligations which require your presence. And I wasn't fishing for travel partners.
I know that I, currently am the only one who can do a thing like this. And be able to rip out some 6 month of the calendar and do it.

I'll keep working on it, and see if I can raise the finances to pull it off

I could tell you all the truck stops, roadside parks, rest areas, and highway onramps where we had sex. Lots of sex. Truck rocking you can hear me howling across the parking lot sex. The Stud told me a while ago that at the TA in London, OH he got a standing ovation when he climbed out of the truck. If I were anyone else, I'd be embarassed. But I'm not.

Actually that sounds like a pretty damn fun idea.

I wouldn't even drive. I'd hike it. I'd get maps off the net, choose motels or campsites to stay in along the way, and plan out exactly where and when to stop each day to make sure I'm not wandering around at night. I've always wanted to do something like that. Now if only I could afford to take the time off work.

If you ever get to Texas, Xander, you can come & visit a bunch of us. I think there are several that live in the DFW area. I have a comfy couch & know some good places to do the tourist stuff. I would love to take an extended road trip, but got to spend some time with my mom, she is having some bad days lately. See you one of these days???
