literate Spanish speaking help needed

I am in dire need of help. Several of my characters are Hispanic Texans. The story is nearing completion, but I need translations into Spanish or possibly more correctly Tex-Mex. Any suggestions about cultural gaffs by the gringo writer would be appreciated. A female would probably have needed insight into one of the main characters. Hoping to hear from you.
