Whether any sexual happenings take place during or because of the art, they will be most certainly tacked on to each piece. And while that most likely wont happen often or perhaps even at all, art is, and always has been the most base erotic form. Pure and honest, and I would be more than glad to make a bit of a break down of what I was looking for in the piece, in the model, and what my feelings were about the outcome. I would definatly be sure to give a very indepth account of the model. Her figure, her attitude, her personality. Being sure to let everyone know how amazingly sexual and beautiful and fun she will inevitiably be...

Good luck Joey on your quest.

But a piece of advice, from someone familiar with the line of work your looking for.

Its never a wise idea to ask for models and in the same request mention sex! models tend to be a suscpicous lot. When they ask you about your work and what is required of them, the phrase "sexual happenings" should never leave your mouth, if it does they will most likely be looking for the quickest exit.

everything else you said, I can agree with.

I don’t mean to seem picky, but have you considered paying your models. As an artist, I am paid for my work. If I use a live model I pay her or him. If your just learning then take a course, the school well supply the models.

I’m sure in the Denver area there are many models, you shouldn’t have a problem finding one. If you intend to post this painting on a web site, I advise you get a release. Most model would not approve.

If I do an erotic portrait for a client, that is theirs, it’s paid for. I have no right to display that on a web site for the whole world to see.

If it would be just for fun, no pay, I still have no right to post this painting on a web site without the persons approval. As a matter of fact, I could be sued if I did.

One last comment, you seem to look at your art as a way to instigate a sexual encounter. As a serious artist, I find that a little degrading. Art is about the art, not about who you can have sex with!

And I used to go to the gym, the club, and even the grocery store to meet women.
I could not agree with Diane any more than I do. I am not an artist. But I am a "Flirt".....Dude you even give flirts a bad name with that come on.
As for the art in Literotica question......I vote no.
I am sure it has been brought up many times before. I am just not into Erotic Art.
I am sure there are many who would like to see a site dedicated to it however.
Ive read your post several times Joey, and each time I read it I get more of an impression that this is a test just to see who will respond in a serious nature to what may be a sarcastic/tounge in cheek thread.
Or maybe you are really just an artist with a new set of paint brushes and an underused unit:eek:
Pardon me if this reply, or these comment"s seems rude, but your angle and arrogance is overshadowing what may be your artistic gift.

I don't know what version of Literotica you people are using, but on the Story Index page I use, down at the bottom below the news bits is an "Erotic Images" group of headings, including pics and art.

good point...

ya un-registered, I know...

I spose thats another part of the post that I was kind of unclear about (along with the bounds of others..) but my intention was to not necessarily "create" an erotic art section, but make it more of an integral role.

Mostly being that there are about 5 posts in that entire section, I guess my proposal was more for the folk posting on lit than the moderators themselves

thanks..
